Provide Emergency Shelter During Inclement Freezing Weather

While we work year-round to meet housing needs, during extreme weather conditions, special provisions are made for the unsheltered community. In the summer months, cooling stations are opened throughout the City. During the winter, emergency shelters are opened to provide respite from life-threatening cold.
